Returns and Exchanges

All our products are unique and made to order. The buyer responsible to check our size guide before the purchase. Returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. We don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

However, if the measurements of the ordered garment don't correspond to our size guide and are not considered to be within the tolerance, then we can offer a replacement item for free of charge.

Cancellations accepted ONLY within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
